Relentlessly rewatching Lynch over and over for years has never affected my love of his work (I love relentlessly rewatching his work) but it was strange watching this today, not because I didn't love it still, but because something didn't click as per usual - I'm also finding it really hard to articulate why? something that will have to wait until I inevitably rewatch it at some point.

Who cares anyway! It's still great; Lynch is still the daddy, plus Cage and Dern FUCK in every sense of the word.
