    I will put my hands up and admit that as being as neurodiverse as I am, I have a hard time reading people’s expressions let alone other animals so until this is mulled over by an animal behaviourist, I will just be moved by the uncompromisingly narrative-focused blocking with the casting of a central cow really prohibiting any accusations of being 'vegan Qatsi' and, from, I admit, further research, Luma slotting perfectly in the typical protagonist from Andrea Arnold.
