This was a beautiful movie. I’m admittedly biased, as a woman and as a person in love with RBG, but it was amazing all the same. It was shot well, despite what I’d call some questionable set designs, and the script was so strong. All of the actors were incredible. I will say there were some pacing issues - some fluff scenes that could’ve been cut. I think the film did a great job humanizing an icon, but it was…

This is a bad movie and I love it so much. The story is insane, the acting is awful, the effects are ridiculous. There’s a cliffhanger as if they thought there would be a sequel, which is just outrageous. I don’t know why but I have so much fun watching this trash. The acting in this movie is good (not award worthy in my opinion but very solid). It's an interesting and terrifying account. In the current political climate it certainly compounds my fears and anxieties. My only major complaint is the pacing. It moves so slowly. I hit a point where I felt like we had to be at the end and there was still about an hour left. I'm glad I saw it but it's unlikely I'll ever watch it again. I recommend it only for real history buffs. It was very fine. I'd echo the sentiments of many of other reviews.

Tom Hanks is a diamond in the rough in this film. There are moments where it’s not half bad but the other moments are so outlandish that it’s hard to watch. You have to really buckle in for the ride on this one.
