I’ve seen this a million times and this is the first time I’ve ever actually heard the “explanation” for why they have that whole 10 minute broadway melody sequence but we’re better for it as a society. Also I’ve turned into my mom with saying stupid facts the whole movie “did you know that’s Carrie Fisher’s mom” “did you know they used milk for the rain” “did you know he was sick as a dog in this scene”
