After the devastation that 'Avengers: Endgame' left me with, I felt I needed to come back to my roots and watch one of my favourite MCU films: 'Iron Man 3'. Out of this entire vast and expansive universe, I have probably seen 'Iron Man 3' the most.
I love this film. It deals with very human expressions of terror, hostility and compassion whilst also accurately displaying a mental illness such as PTSD. This film feels so grounded and real compared to some of the other MCU films - the characters are just right and the 'twist' is just enough. Although this movie isn't perfect and technically isn't one of Marvel's best films, it will always be in my heart and I will never get sick of it.
MAJOR ENDGAME SPOILER:
I just wanted to add, when Harley showed up to Tony's funeral in 'Endgame' I balled. I love that kid.
