Wow. Few times am I left speechless like this after watching a movie for the first time, but Nine Days has left me constantly thinking and rethinking so many things since leaving the theater. It's insanely emotional, powerful, and profound. Some may find it to be a bit too on the nose and not subtle with its message, but I think even that is part of why I liked it so much. Rarely do I watch a movie and feel so blown away on a first viewing that I even consider giving it 5 stars.
