I've been a fan of the lonely island for the past couple years and have enjoyed both their music and work in comedy. This film is everything a lonely island movie should be!
It's a mockumentary, parodying the modern music landscape and artists. It's consistently funny and had me dying laughing at some points. Sure, a few of the jokes don't land but the majority are very clever.
The original songs for this film are hilarious as they are catchy. I mean, who wouldn't sing along to Fuck Bin Laden?
I'm going to have to rewatch this one soon and write a more detailed review on it, but for right now all I can say is see it! You won't regret it!
