Part of my journey to watch everything in my watchlist in chronological order.
I have the memory of my mom showing me this movie a long time ago so while I knew going in I’d watched it before, this really served as more of a first-time watch, for me. The only scene I remembered was naturally the climactic scene at the Mount Rushmore monument.
Regardless, this was fun to see again. I really do love Hitchcock’s style, even if I can’t stand James Mason (no real reason, he just always seems to irk me no matter the role). This film is timeless and comedic in perfectly thought-out, darker ways. I really enjoyed it.
