i really enjoyed this and i’m really glad i watched it and got to know more about pamela and the good things she does since i knew really nothing of her other than the general image of her that is out there so i’m glad she got this opportunity to show who she really is and to tell her story. it’s sad that with so many amazing women in the spotlight all they’re known for is their image and no one cares about the good things they’ve done or anything else about them

Japanese Girls at the Harbor 1933
this film is so kind in how it portrays the women in it and it’s so nice to see that especially for a film from this time period, but honestly even in our current time period it would be. it’s especially beautiful seeing them continue to remain empathetic towards each other in a situation where that wouldn’t usually be the case and where you could argue it could even be justified for that to not be the case for one…
