Dylan Garand-Teman’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ari Aster has done it again! This movie is simply stunning. On a technical point of vue you can't really get any better. The cinematography, the sound, the colour etc. The acting is phenomenal especially Florence Pugh who gives an Oscar worthy performance.
The movie is also surprisingly hilarious especially in the first hour or so. It also made the first hour of the movie seem way less long than it actually is and/or could've been. Touching on the subject, the movie is approximately 2h30 which is pretty long but it's paced well enough for it to not feel long at all.
The movie is also very unsettling. There's a lot of powerful scenes which will make you very uncomfortable. But this is not an horror movie or a drama... this is an Ari Aster movie.
