I went to watch this alone on a Monday night and that was a damn mistake. BRING A FRIEND TO THIS MOVIE!!!! You really need someone to share the trauma with. But man, this movie was a trip. The camera work was super interesting, the colors amazing, and the graphic work was incredible. Thom Yorke’s soundtrack is calm but has a fitting unsettling nature to it, and the accompanying dance work is so cool.
Also I was back at the same movie theater today a couple days after seeing this for a different movie and I heard the Volk piano melody playing from the next theater over during the director Q&A and I got nervous lol
