This film looks and sounds very pretty, I totally get that. What I don’t understand is how can a film about double life of someone explores so little about the connection between the said double life? I feel like nothing really comes full circle. Sad to say that this film is not for me. I much prefer Three Colours Trilogy to this. Anyway, Irène Jacob is always great to watch.
