I still find that both of Marvel’s Spider-Man films are so effortlessly masterful and they capture the essence of the character just with a little bit of a twist to him. I love his connection to the overall world because Spider-Man is such a universal character and I love how well he fits. Holland & Gyllenhaal are spectacular; both equally charming and engaging in their own way and genuinely an interesting story that resulted from the inclusion of Mysterio. Watts may not get the praise he deserves and I know that people definitely don’t feel the same way about these two films that I do, but man do I love them.
