Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves 2023
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is quite a good action-adventure film and one of the biggest surprises of the year.
The good:
The performances are charming and casted well. You have Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Rege-Jean Page, Justice Smith, and many others and they have great chemistry all together.
The action also impressed me. It has a highly energetic pace to it and its even kinda brutal at times. Not one sequence felt weaker than the other.

John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum 2019

-i’m just in shock how much fun i had with this one. you thought barbarian was the biggest surprise of the year? wait until you see the menu.
- the direction was much more than i anticipated. it’s stylish, fast-paced, but also knows when to be intense and frightening.

The Batman 2022
holy reboot batman! this is really good!
the good:
i loved the atmosphere and the direction reeves does. it’s a bit breezy, dark and gorgeous-looking which gave me some blade runner 2049 vibes.the action scenes are nail-biting and awesome. there’s one scene involving a bomb threat where the tension raises through the roof.
robert patterson surprisingly pulled off bruce wayne’s character really well. zoe kranvitz and colin farrell are also really good.
some of the prosthetic makeup are phenomenal…
