Dude I love Scream, it’s easily one of my favourite horror movies.
In an era of Michael “the terminator” Myers and Freddy “the dream fuckdemon” Krueger, Scream gives us a klutz of a dude in a mask called “Ghostface”.
Coupled with the fact that unlike in almost every other horror movie, the main character (Sidney Prescott) is not an idiot, and is in fact very competent and smart; this makes for such an entertaining time.
Scream is a celebration of horror movies and what makes them so great.
