Bradley Cooper’s attempt at “A Star is Born” is very good. The performances, music, cinematography, and direction are all top notch. If it doesn’t hit GREAT with me, it’s because the cinematic beats are so familiar. Cooper’s version rolls out just like the other three versions of the film. Perhaps the film will grow in my mind the longer it sits with me.
