Lotta good gun fu and brutality. The cute girl gets only one singing scene; her lovely voice & haunting presence deserved more crooning coverage, even if such an indulgence would have resulted in this "faith film" overtipping its Christianist hand or overextending its lean 90 minute runtime.
DVD special features include a blooper reel and a decent star + director commentary track which enhanced my already elevated appreciation of this thing. Sequels have been promised, and I shall watch them! Bring on BECKMAN 2: UNIVERSAL PASTOR: DAY OF RAPTURING or whatever.
