Set in 1950s London, Reynolds Woodcock is a world renowned dressmaker whose stiffing life is disrupted by a young woman, Alma, who becomes his muse and lover.
Phantom Thread is a completely mesmerizing experience from start to finish, focusing on a romantic power dynamic that swings back and forth like a pendulum that happens to be fueled by severe mommy issues and toxic mushrooms.
Love this movie, one of Paul Thomas Anderson‘s best !
