Ryan’s review published on Letterboxd:
Fourth watch, I can’t get over how this film lives and breathes off of subtlety. Even details like Alana sipping coke while counting money and gazing over at Gary is such a great snapshot at this specific time period of her life, and this movie’s filled with stuff like that. The few things that changed in my life since the last time I saw this made it somehow even more relatable. I’m still blown away by Alana Haim’s performance every time.
