It’s fine.
Basically Nolan took everyone saying “You should direct a James Bond film” and did it but with his own main character and (now) worn-out trope of T IIIIII M E manipulation.
Either he’s slipping as a filmmaker or I’ve just instinctively started picking up on his little twists. Dressing them up with a bunch of flare doesn’t make them any more complex and I found myself figuring out the storyline a good hour before the reveals started rolling out.
The man makes a puddle look like the ocean, doesn’t mean this isn’t just another action movie.
Streamed it from home. Not worth a theater visit.
