Little Children 2006
It is a criminal act – hopefully punishable by UN tribunal – that the industry at large has only allowed Todd field to make two movies in 20 years. There's such a unique energy and humanity behind this and in the bedroom that needs to be harnessed again.
Wasn't crazy about the frontline VO first time around but now I think it really has it's place in a story where perception and persona are so important.

The Godfather 1972
I thought it would be a funny bit to go through film school and watch everything except The Godfather so if someone mentioned the "mai wife!" scene from Borat I could go, “yes, I know that scene!” but if someone mentioned the horse head scene from The Godfather I could go, “I’m sorry, I don’t get that reference.” Just for the bit, of course. And it’s a funny bit. But sadly, I realized I was doing more harm to myself…
