Another one of my favourites of all time that somehow manages to get better each and every time I watch it. I absolutely adore both Prisoners and Denis, I think he is a genius.

Before i get into the film, how on earth Hugh Jackman didn't win an Oscar for this, is utterly mind blowing to me, one of the best performances that I've personally seen without question.

But yeah, I think this movie is impeccable and probably Denis best…

Probably my favourite film of all time! and despite me already thinking The Revenant is one of the best films ever made, it somehow after countless watches ( maybe my most watched ever) it continues to somehow improve in my eyes, each and every time, I love it!!

I will never know how this isn't talked about more because I truly think it is nothing short of perfection! every shot is like a vivid oil painting of natural beauty, with…

I'm part of the minority that really enjoyed The Force Awakens, so naturally i'm so disappointed to report that I thought this was straight awful. Which actually pains me because I was looking forward to this.

They did so many of the characters I liked dirty here.…

How to gain a wife according to The Notebook.

Step 1: Threaten to kill yourself by jumping off a ferris wheel if she doesn't go on a date with you (normal behaviour)
Step 2: Try to get her killed.
Step 3: Take her to a nice romantic spot to be intimate...the dirty basement of an old abandoned house. Naturally.
Step 4: After she has broken up with you, begin to fantasise about her, stalk her, write 365 damn love letters and manipulate her into leaving a good, honest man.
Step 5: Live happily ever after...YAY???

I was a little nervous going into this in case it didn't hold up as much as I remembered, but thankfully it's still nothing short of an incredible film, easily the best of the original trilogy without a doubt. I stand by my statement that the reason the originals are great is the characters, particularly the main…
