Its been around 15 years since I watched this film and the only thing I could remember was that I didnt care for it much. After revisiting it today I can say that Perfect Blue is amazing. The dream like animation and blending of whats real and what isn't makes this an experience. Its also very relevant in todays society. Probably more so now than when it was released. The theme of what/who we are publicly and privately is horrifying and something we all should think about. Perfect Blue goes to some dark places so be warned. Just becuase its animated does not mean its family friendly. Perfect Blue is a must see film tho, I am glad I gave it another shot.
