My girlfriend was astounded by how much information I knew about the making of this film and I have no recollection of how I gained such knowledge.. It's not even my favorite Scorsese. That just shows how much I love learning about the man's craft.
Mildly disappointed that there wasn't more Bette Davis but Karen Black's performance makes up for it. And the score cues are so creepy and really set the tone for every horror scene. Can't wait to rewatch this again soon.

I always forget Jon Favreau directed this. My guy is so versatile. Elf is a nostalgic fave of mine and reminds me of why I used to love this time of the year so much. Watching it today because I feel gross and am stuck in bed. It's proven that Buddy cures depression.
