    Turning Red

After much consideration for some time.....I still don't understand the overhate that the film got on social media.

Oh, if anyone wants to know what I actually personally think of Turning Red, I can easily say that I really love the damn film a lot. Please do check it out, when given the time. That's really all I have to say for now.

  • Music

You remember the movie Tropic Thunder where Ben Stiller's character (Tugg Speedman) played an autistic stereotype character for an Oscar bait drama in an attempt to get some awards, but backfired miserably? This is what Sia's Music reminds me of, except that it's for real.

While the acting is decent (except for Maddie Ziegler, but that's not her fault due to what she was given), the production values are fine, and the music is ok, everything else about this film…

    God's Not Dead

Possibly the most offensive movie I've ever seen in a long time.
That's all I'm gonna say about it, and Gazelle pretty much did a good job in her review (at this website, apparently) by pointing out what's wrong with this movie.

    2001: A Space Odyssey

One of my favorite movies of all time. The cinematography is beautiful, HAL 9000....best villain I've ever seen, the visual style is outstanding, the direction is near perfection, the acting is surprisingly great....everything that you can think of from a Stanley Kubrick movie, it's right at your alley.

However, it may not be for everyone, but if you love movies from Stanley Kubrick and slow paced art house films, this movie is for you.
