Nate Richard’s review published on Letterboxd:
Lady Bird is a raw, emotional, and honest coming-of-age story with terrific performances and a script that felt very from the heart. Greta Gerwig does a stellar job with her directorial debut and the decisions she made behind the camera paid off greatly. Saorise Ronan is absolutely phenomenal, giving a career best performance, she perfectly pulls off the persona of an american teenage girl. Laurie Metclaf gives a stellar performance that many mothers will find themselves connecting to. The script feels very personal and it's clear that Gerwig's heart-and-soul was poured into it. Overall, Lady Bird is one of the best films to come out this year and one of the best coming of age films ever made.
