This movie slaps back off.
All you really need to know is that a man is shot point-blank in the face with a shotgun and his head and face are still completely intact.
Significantly better in the third act, pretty looking, but I'm not going to remember this movie in a few days, and I'd be lying if I said I actually cared about what was happening.
It's Fine. Whatever. Neat production design.

While it may be a little too oriented on human suffering at some points to be a true horror comedy, “Cabin in the Woods” is still a bizarre, twisted excursion into horror cinema that earns its spot on the list of horror films for people that want more than just a horror film.
This is wicked, highly original stuff.
It’s a must for anyone who’s dabbled in the horror genre.
