Such an insane step up from the first two purely in terms of the craft and direction. Justin Lin really knows his shit. The lead performance (most of them infact) really sucks but the simplistic nature of the story and character beats with the banging soundtrack, Sung Kang's glorious introduction to the franchise, and Lin's talent for setpieces on display really carry the whole thing. Honestly I can totally see rewatching this a lot for a fun time down the line, despite not being a particular fan of the franchise so far.
