Nick Hinrichs’s review published on Letterboxd:
Whimsical and hysterical even in light of murder, but the ending is like a sucker punch of mortality. Like an Anderson take on Inception in the story’s framing device, with one hell of a kick at the end. My second visit to The Grand Budapest Hotel has been a delight.
