Thoughts-
-Interesting way to fold Mysterio into the MCU, with some long throwbacks. I like this, and I like Peter’s relationship with Tony. I just wish he would stop casting his shadow over Spider-man a little bit and let him breathe as his own character.
-Really like the Mysterio hallucination scenes, wish there were more
-I love the way that they incorporate life after “The Blip” into the story. It was this really crazy thing that happened, but life moves on. It emulates the comics, where the regular citizens of the world have lived through cataclysmic event one after the other, yet life pretty much has to go on as normal.
Finally completed my latest MCU rewatch. Took me about a month but not bad considering I’m working full time and have 2 small children to take care of. Looking forward to continuing through Phase 4 with WandaVision.
