The fact that they chose Adam Driver to portray/look like a real human being who isn’t Adam Driver in a movie made me curious. 

I’m glad I watched it. 

That situation was and is just absolutely fucked.

I guess leave it to the CIA to employ people who wanted to spend 80 million dollars being fucking sadistic dickheads. 

Adam Driver carries the movie but honestly if you knew or followed this while it was happening (I kinda didn’t, i was pretty young I guess) this movie will feel like it’s crawling on glass. Lots of exposition and explaining and narrating what you’re doing etc. So it can be tedious, but for me, yeah, it was tedious, but that’s kinda the point.
