This movie holds a twisted amount of sentimental value for me, as my first viewing involved movie-hopping with my mom on Christmas Day (1996) when I was 12. No exaggeration, I've watched this movie at least 30 times since, & it's STILL ridiculously fun. It also feels impossible to review in less than 5000 words ๐คฃ so for now I'll just say, God bless you, Wes Craven. You gave birth to & were a MASTER of this hybrid comedy/horror genre, without which, my life would be incomplete โค๏ธ
