  Watching this made me realize how much the Wailing’s impact comes from cinematographer Kong kyung-pyo. Most of the time I was just comparing all the rain and crime investigation scenes to the Wailing. 

  Either way this film was compellingly enough to keep me entertained, but doesn’t feel like the full potential of the director.
