  Καλό το Oppenheimer, αλλά δεν ξετρελάθηκα κιόλας. 

  Οι πρώτες σκέψεις μου βγαίνοντας από την αίθουσα ήταν ότι η ταινία χωρίζεται ξεκαθαρα σε 3 μέρη. 

  Το πρώτο είναι το πριν το Manhattan Project, και για μένα ήταν ξεκάθαρα το πιο αδύναμο. Το βασικό σεναριακό του θέμα είναι ότι η πλοκή τρέχει χωρίς λόγο και προσπαθεί να μας δείξει παρά πολλά πράγματα σε πολύ μικρό χρονικό διάστημα. Ακόμα, με ενόχλησαν και αρκετές τεχνικές λεπτομέρειες εδώ, όπως ο αχρείαστα δυνατός ήχος, η ανεξήγητη…

  Την πρώτη φορά που είδα το "Barbie" πέρασα σχετικά καλά, αναγνωρίζοντας όμως κάποια προβλήματα, ιδίως στην αισθητική της ταινίας που ώρες ώρες γίνονταν cringe (Μπαμπινιώτη φτιάξε καμιά καλή ελληνική μετάφραση για τον όρο αυτό). Οι λόγοι όμως που με οδήγησαν να ξαναπάω στον κινηματογράφο να την ξαναδώ ήταν 2 (3 αν προσθέσουμε και την μητρική συνεισφορά στο χρηματικό αντίτιμο της προβολής): Τα τραγούδια που τα άκουγα ξανά και ξανά τις μέρες μετά την προβολή και, δεύτερον, η συνειδητοποίηση ότι έδωσα πολύ…

  I wanted to watch something light just to pass the time and this movie was perfectly fine for that. Fun story, nice cast and that’s it. A fine movie. 

  PS: There was a really easy way out of all this mess for Douglas’ character, but then again if he didn’t behave at least a bit stupidly this wouldn’t be a movie.

  “Oldboy” was fine at first but the more it progressed the less I cared and it ended up being a bit tiring. I did like some of its style though - the way it used classical music for example.

  I’m not the biggest fan of character dramas so, frankly, I was expecting something boring from this movie. I only had to wait for the first scene to be proven wrong.

  “The Whale” is shocking, tense, depressing, immensely powerful, difficult to watch and deeply touching. The performances are amazing and moving by everyone without a single exception.
