Vincent Gallo release more movies you motherfucker challenge™.
What an incredible debut. This was so fucked up and kinda sad, but SO damn hilarious. I couldnt stop laughing throughout the whole thing. I literally still can't stop laughing. The script is amazing and the acting is great too! The story is fucking absurd, but Gallo makes it work. The characters are all hysterical in their own way and very amusing to watch. The cinematography is cool and I love the quiet and intimate atmosphere. (probably due to a lack of a noticeable score, apart from a few songs.) Really loved the editing too, especially all the flashback segments with the constantly changing aspect ratios and the strip club scene.
The Christina Ricci tapdance scene -which I've rewatched for over 4 times now- is pure magic and I won't be surprised to see it become one of my all-time favorite scenes.
LMAO @ Gallo not being able to say "spending". Every time he repeated that word I started cracking up even more. Even the person who wrote the subtitles thought he said "spanning".
Really surprised we didn't get to see a shot of Gallo's dick when he was taking a piss.
I bawled my eyes out throughout the last 20 minutes.
