Julian’s review published on Letterboxd:
Damn, Lynch is really on his way to become one of my favourite directors.
Everything in this film feels perfect. The sound design is very great and puts both extremely hilarious, thrilling and incredibly surreal moods to scenes.
Laura Dern's performance is magnificent as always; as she manages to capture every feeling in its true essence.
Willem Dafoe is probably the scariest creature I've seen in a Lynch film, and that says a lot!
The score/soundtrack is badass as fuck.
The transition between scenes are innovative and very clever
AND EVERY SINGLE SCENE IS FUCKING ICONIC.
I laughed, cried and got in a complete state of shock many times.
Ily, David Lynch (and Laura Dern)
