God this movie is fun. The score is over the top, and the world sits ever so comfortably left of reality. It's goofy yet entirely without irony. The score soars and swells with the emotion and the tension. When Bruce and Viki drive in the batmobile and the score just lights up, not burdened with the nervous chatter of dialogue, fearfully put in, to ward off silence.
