We all have been there.
We all have dealt with pain, grief, and loss in our lives. Whatever that might be within ourselves, or through the people we love, we all have experience some form of depression and struggles in our lives that we can’t break out off.
We try to put on a mask and say that everything is fine, but deep down, we are still broken, hurt, and not fine at all. Making us cry because of it.
It’s only when we allow ourselves to be honest with ourselves and to other people that we are broken and we need to accept the reality of our lives. It’s only then is when we start to feel okay about ourselves and telling ourselves it’s going to be okay.
That is what makes us better. That is what help us to become better.
