A lovely meta whodunnit from Sidney Lumet that plays out like a stage play. The house set was absolutely wonderful and the sporadic crazy lighting effects were a nice touch as well.
Michael Caine and Christopher Reeve play well off each other. There are some wonderfully funny interactions here; they're a marvel to behold.
Deathtrap might not be as important as Lumet's 12 Angry Men or Network, but it's a very strong effort that is a delight to watch.
