Lou (rhymes with wow!)’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of only four 2016 movies I have rated 4,5 stars (along with Arrival, The Handmaiden and Hunt for the Wilderpeople) and it has gone to become one of my favourite movies of the 2010s. Shane Black did an amazing job at writing and directing this. It's so marvelously snappy. Everyone is great (Gosling cracked me up especially), but like my watch partner Michelle said, a special shout out should go to Angourie Rice. As Holly she really was the heart of this movie and the one who glued it all together. She's going places.
I really want a sequel to this.
