    Normally I hate jump scares but I’ll let that shit slide BECAUSE the buildup was literally one of the creepiest things I have ever seen.... well played. 

    Anderson also relies a ton on zoom-ins, which can understandably come off as cheap but I think it works wonders for the atmosphere.

    Incredible, incredible, incredible. Every frame painstakingly drawn, colored, lit, and photographed... I seriously can’t comprehend it. Just watching the artists dot windows onto skyscrapers is insane. Definitely lives up to the acclaim.

    I gave this documentary the benefit of the doubt. I sat through an hour and a half of terribly done vegan propaganda. I thought it was possible to write a completely objective review, even after a dozen drafts. Sure, Jan. 

    I am not against health or food documentaries. When I was in 9th grade, my social studies teacher showed the class Food, Inc. It was emotional, eye-opening, well crafted, and convincing. In other words, everything What the Health isn't.
