So like many I wasn't the biggest fan of the direction in which the story went but oh m god is Shyamalan a poet with the camera. Every shot, every scene feels meticulously crafted whether it's the long takes with tons of blocking and camera movement or static conversations where two people are standing still, everything about the filmmaking just works.
This is most evident through his collaboration with cinematography Mike Gioulakis who also shot Us. When you compare the visuals in Glass and Us, one is clearly far more dynamic and interesting than the other and although Us' script is more objectively better, you can't deny that Glass features some really thoughtful filmmaking.
