Melvin Benson’s review published on Letterboxd:
I REALLY loved this film.
I'm probably too tired to explain but lemme say it this way:
Incredibly entertaining coming-of-age tale that commentates on historical and modern problems, loved the child-like lens of a meek young boy in a world built on toxic masculinity, loved the quirky comedy that Waititi so brilliantly balances amidst real problems and issues, ALWAYS love a dance motif, and I am finally convinced of Scarlet Johannson's acting abilities as she never really gets to perform in the MCU, and she was grossly misused in The Black Dahlia (which sucked anyway)
Can't believe I laughed so much at a child screaming HEIL HITLER through the streets lol
