Watching Malignant is like watching a shitty remake of the best movie ever made. This sensation feels intentionally woven into every second of every scene. Malignant is a masterpiece.
The movie speaks only the intimate language of diehard horror fanatics. It is the soulmate of Black Christmas (2006) and Halloween (2007). Halfway through, I thought to myself this is the best movie I’ve ever seen. And I stand by that.
