This movie was too entertaining to have a private screening at 12:15 PM on a Sunday afternoon. Movies are marketed so strangely now it’s a miracle that anyone knows about anything that isn’t a superhero movie.

Facebook reminded me that I saw this movie 13 years ago today. I recall leaning over to my friend, whom I was attending with on an outing with his tween-aged son, and saying during the climax, "I have no fucking clue what is happening here."

I'm not sure if it was the editing, the VFX, or the directing that was the problem, but it was definitely a cinematic moment.

He did it again. Christopher Nolan has crafted a technically stunning film that makes me feel stupid until all the strings are tied up in the end. While I liked much of this film quite a bit, there were more a few times when I just wanted to stop because watching a movie should not be this hard!

Tenet is the type of movie that demands a second (and maybe a secord, third, and fourth) viewing. I was so busy…

It never fails to amaze me how much I love this film and how no one saw when it was released in theatres. It also floors me that Val Kilmer barely exists today.

If you have not watched this one, you should.
