I love Talking Heads.
It took me way to long to get around to this. Regret not seeing this earlier!
I was already a fan of Talking Heads, but this is incredible! I don’t think I’d change a single thing about this.
I’ve been feeling pretty down lately mostly due to work, the uncertainty of the future, and the never ending monotony and isolation. This and House have been absolutely wonderful for improving my mood. They are fun, and endlessly entertaining but also have a large deal of substance which I also love.
My fave song on this was probably “This must be the place”! But some other faves are probably “Heaven”, “Once in a lifetime”, “Slippery people”, “Life during wartime”, “Making flippy floppy”, “Swamp”, “Girlfriend is better”, “Crosseyed and Painless”,
... honestly every song is amazing! So there’s really no use listing them all! The camerawork and presentation is also immaculate. Very cinematic for a live show! The lighting is especially striking! The execution was top notch!
Highly recommend! :^) it’s great if you like music
