I remember loving this as a kid which has me questioning how good the childhood movies I loved actually were. I get the whole "he's an antihero" trope but the blatant misogyny was a bit much for me.
Iron Man came out the same year and had a smaller budget than Hancock so I am genuinely confused how the CGI was literally comically terrible. I would not be surprised if a large chunk of Hancock's budget went solely to getting Will Smith to be in it.
This would make sense as his performance was so boring it pained me to watch. Come on Will Smith, give us nothing!!
