Pedro’s review published on Letterboxd:
I place After Hours among the best Scorsese films. It is an intense, frantic film and full of bizarre situations. Of all the films I have seen from Scorsese, this is certainly the most different. It's one of the best and most creative directions in his career. The script is also very good, showing the worst night a person can have. I felt sorry for Paul at various times, his night only gets worse with every minute that passes. He tries to do something right, but it only makes his situation worse. It's funny and distressing.
