    A young hooker gets her young, poor waiter/boyfriend involved in the biz so they can hang out on the Riviera together with their older marks. There's no love for middle aged rich people here, the hackneyed assumption being that because they are older and rich, they are vain, petty, vindictive and deserve to be used by beautiful young sex professionals. Lack of humanity keeps this film from being better than 2+, despite some excellent tips on how to manipulate desperately…

    This film made me laugh and laugh, one of those where you are the only one in the theatre laughing - I simply love that. But absurdity and surprise combined with pathos is what made this film a rich experience for me. Olivia Colman gave one of the most stirring performances I can remember. But it was a trifecta of acting perfection from all three lead players.
