Going in, my main concern was the runtime. Now sure, you do feel the 4 hours, but it's not like it's a boring film. At all. For 4 hours, it paces itself quite well. It has very entertaining moments, as well as moments that drag on a little, but not to a degree of boredom, it's all very atmospheric so at least if the dialogue doesn't interest you, you have pretty desert scenes to look at.

Kaufman is back at it again with more confusing yet amazing filmmaking, writing and adaptation greatness. 'Im Thinking of Ending Things' features more words than a philosophers essay and I wouldn't have it any other way.
For the first hour i was really confused as to what was happening. It took me a bit to finally understand that everyones living a different story but the same story at the same time. Anyways, once i got over that i realised the film had nearly finished because goddamn do these 3 hours fly by.
PTA was my favourite director before this, but this really put the cherry on top
